The property was in the middle of the city. Booked a room with decent views, and the staff were very, very nice people at the reception desk. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and very good, the check in was fast.

marvellous central location not far from a jerusalem in the wee hours of the morning, and coffee shops, restaurants, banks. the breakfast was delicious and incredible for what was on offer with selected ingredients, generally great, fresh pastries.

good breakfast and they gave us some choccies and bubbly as it was our wedding night!

Free and absolutely superb breakfasts with beautiful view, really enjoyed it.

The category of the hotel does not correspond to the reality. It is in fact a good two star hotel. Small, but important things should be improved.E.g. the service room's door, close to the room was very noisy, the elevator's noise was also hard. However, the staff was very polite.

They have a real problem with the shower. It is hot or it is cold. No in between.

The fantastic hospitality from Yahav and Arik during my stay made me feel warmly welcomed, and the hotel's convenient location made it easy to access the conference and nearby attractions.

Comfortable location without doubtful "eastern specific" of Old City, but near the central Bus Station, Knesset, Museum of Israel and Bible Lands Museum. Modern comfortable and clean rooms. Qualified and polite staff. For those, who want to visit Asia, but stay mostly in Europe. Cp is a high tower, so it provides beautiful views.

Currently there is a construction nearby. There was no air-conditioner in our room, so you should chek it in hot time.

Nice warm atmosphere.

Check the breakfast timing. Some days it may start later than expected, limiting your sightseeing plans.

It was the conference venue hotel for me - a very convenient stay in a cordial atmosphere. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was a nice spread with many healthy options.

Comfortable bed, small but nice room, parking

if you come friday you will wait at least half an hour for check-in, it was really slow. The parking was full. WC didn't work properly.

Great stay with friends! We explored the charming alleys of the Nahlaot neighborhood and enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning. The staff was super helpful, and the amazing views from our rooms. Don't miss their heated pool for some relaxation after a day out!

We had a small hiccup when our room wasn't ready upon arrival. It took longer than expected for the front desk to communicate with us about the readiness, a bit frustrating.

The bed was very comfortable and I liked that breakfast was included. It was a good value considering how expensive Jerusalem, and all of Israel, is.

The staff was professional but not at all warm. However, I think that may just be the nature of the people there. They were not rude, but the customer service is not at all what you find in the States, or many other places in the world, for that matter.
